We are a mobile RMT company, which means we come to YOU. Whether it's home, the cottage, a friends place or at the workplace, we bring everything to you.

At this time, we are mobile only. We do not have a clinic space for you to come see us at this time. 

We cover a wide area encompassing Innisfil, Waubaushene, Gravenhurst and Brechin.

We are open 5 days a week to best serve you! Closed on Thursdays and Sundays.

We accept most forms of payment for your convenience. 

Cash or e-transfer is preferred though we do have a square reader for credit card purchases. 

• We will go through your goals for today's treatment whether it's to relax, get rid of pesky knots or reduce your stress levels, etc. 
• We will discuss which body parts we will be working on, and discussing the order we will be working in and that we will only be undraping the areas that we're working on. 
• After, we will go wash our hands while you undress to your level of comfort. If you prefer to keep clothes or undergarments on, that's completely ok!
• You will get onto the table, usually facedown to start, with your face into the face cradle. The top sheet should be pulled up as far as you're able, up to your neck ideally.
• From here, we will confirm you're ready and on the table covered before entering the treatment space again. 
• The massage will commence with some compressions to introduce touch, before the first body part is undraped to begin the massage.
• Gel will likely be introduced for most massages, unless otherwise requested or we're working on myofascial release or lymphatic drainage.

The choice is yours. Some clients like to have a robe they slip on and off when they get on and off the table. While you're on the table, you can undress to your level of comfort. You will be fully covered up by the top sheet unless we are working on that specific area/ body part.

We will only be undraping (exposing) the body part we are working on (eg. just the back or just your left arm). Everything else remains covered for the duration of the massage, unless it's to be treated, as agreed upon prior to the massage start. 

There are many different oils that can be great throughout the pregnancy process. ALWAYS talk to your MD/ND/NP or whoever is helping you through this journey, BEFORE you try any oils. Your body is going through many changes and it's better to know if you could have a negative reaction prior to testing. 

We would be honoured to help your guests wind down or relieve some unwanted tension.
