  Hot/ Cold packs are super convenient and can be used for both heat AND cold therapies. Leave them in your freezer or on your counter to be heated up. 

❄️Directions for Cold: Pop in your freezer and use as needed. Cold shouldn’t be on for long. If you can no longer feel the cold because the area as gone numb, that’s long enough.

🔥Directions for Heat: Boil the kettle and fill up a heat safe container, like Tupperware. Add the pack to the hot water for a few minutes. Remove from water with utensils (like tongs) to avoid burns. Wrap in a thin cloth of for warmer therapies, apply to skin directly.
